House Rules
1. PRICES
Prices are per apartment and per day with change on Saturday, including final cleaning and bed and bath linen, excluding the cleaning of the kitchenette. For any cleaning of the kitchenette upon departure, € 50.00 will be charged. Prices include energy consumption (water and electricity), heating, personal ski-room with boot warmer, parking space, Lcd TV and WI-FI Internet, safe, access to the wellness area when it is open (generally throughout the winter season, while it will be scheduled during the summer season).
Minimum Stay 2 days.

2. BOOKING
The validity of the reservation is subject to the payment of the deposit, equal to 30% of the agreed price, which can be made by bank transfer to the following current account:

3. ARRIVAL
On the day of arrival the apartments will be at your disposal from 4.00 pm. Should you arrive after 20.00, please let us know. In case of late arrival we will be forced to charge you 70% of the price of the entire booked period.
During the winter season it is possible to use the SKI SHUTTLE SERVICE, the Airport Ski Shuttle service that connects the Marmolada with two Venetian airports, the Marco Polo in Venice and the Antonio Canova in Treviso.

4. DEPARTURE
On the day of your departure we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 10.00. On the day of departure the owners, or the delegated personnel, reserve the right to inspect the apartment for any checks. Early departure: in case of early departure we will be forced to charge you 70% of the price of the entire booked period.
5. PAYMENT
We preferably accept cash. However, you also have the option of pay up by credit card or debit card. If the customer or his guests cause damage to the accommodation or its contents or if items or other items are missing, the customer will be held responsible for such damage. The related expenses will charged to the bill. If customers notice any damage upon arrival, they are kindly requested to notify the management immediately.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the sum paid as a deposit cannot be refunded unless otherwise agreed with the owners.
7. SMOKING
According to the new national regulations (Art. 1 Law n. 584 of 11.01.1975 – D.P.C. 14.12.1995) smoking is prohibited in public places. We are therefore sorry to inform you that you cannot smoke in all areas of the house, including apartments.
8. ANIMALS
Small and medium size pets are accepted by previous agreement with the management and with a supplement of €. 30.00 for final cleaning.
9. NUMBER OF ACCOMODATED PEOPLE
We do not allow the accommodation of persons exceeding the established number at the time of booking, unless previously agreed with the management. It is also forbidden for customers to host people who are not regularly registered by the management upon arrival.
10. MAINTENANCE AND CONTROL OF THE STRUCTURE
If necessary, the management reserves the right to access the apartments to carry out the essential and urgent maintenance operations, and to carry out checks on the condition of the apartment during or at the end of the stay.
11. PARKING PLACE
A parking space per apartment is guaranteed inside the courtyard. Parking is private but not guarded.
